1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service govern your use of services, informational products and physical goods provided by legacyhelp on legacyhelp.info.

2. Definitions

“Services” refers to estate planning support including documents, beneficiary designation and appointment scheduling.

“Informational Products” refers to digital guides, downloadable templates and similar resources.

“Physical Goods” refers to printed manuals or kits delivered to your address.

3. Services

We offer support for drafting documents, designating beneficiaries and arranging appointments with qualified advisors. Appointment availability depends on schedule.

3.1 Scheduling and Rescheduling

You may reschedule an appointment free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled time by submitting a request through our contact form.

3.2 Cancellation and Refunds

Refunds for services are handled as follows:

Document Preparation Service: Cancel more than 72 hours before the appointment to receive a full refund via the original payment method within 14 business days. Cancellations less than 72 hours before are not eligible for a refund due to administrative commitments.
Beneficiary Designation Assistance: This service is non-refundable because it involves personalized work and compliance reviews prior to delivery.
Appointment Booking: Cancel more than 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable, but you may reschedule once at no extra cost.

4. Informational Products

Informational Products include digital resources such as guides and templates provided for immediate download.

4.1 Delivery

Digital products are available immediately after purchase.

4.2 Refund Policy

Request a refund within 7 days of purchase by using our contact form with your order details. Approved refunds are issued via the original payment method within 10 business days. After 7 days, all sales are final and no refunds are available.

5. Physical Goods

Physical Goods include printed manuals and estate planning kits shipped to your address.

5.1 Shipping and Handling

We process and ship orders within 5 business days. Delivery times vary by destination.

5.2 Refunds and Returns

Return unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Initiate a return via our contact form. If the return is due to our error, we will reimburse shipping costs. Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item. Customized printed materials are non-returnable.

6. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting on legacyhelp.info. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
